The Northern California Rugby Referee Society is a non-profit
corporation dedicated to improving the level of rugby in Northern California and through
out the United States.
Provide Rugby Referees.
We
provide Rugby USA certified referees to games and tournaments throughout
northern California and Nevada, from Fresno to Arcata to Reno.
Conduct Courses and Clinics.
We
conduct Rugby USA Certified Level 1 and 2 Courses and conduct clinics open
to all referees, coaches, players, and interested people.
Exchange Referees.
We exchange
referees with other areas, including Southern California, Pacific Northwest,
Victoria BC, Eastern Rockies, New England, and East Midlands England.
